Designing a mobile experience focused on clarity, usability, and engagement.

Engage is an employee engagement and survey product by Brilliant Future AB. It enables organizations to gather in-depth feedback, measure engagement, and identify areas for improvement through structured surveys and analytics.

Beat is a pulse survey product by Brilliant Future AB that enables employees to quickly share feedback on their work experience. It focuses on simplicity, frequency, and high response rates through short, recurring questions.

Both required optimization for mobile devices, with a focus on simplifying navigation and improving the overall user experience within a limited screen space.
